Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)

So different people have different pictures kept in their minds. However this comparison may lead to different generalizations according to your physical and mental state.
It’s important and also to mention that when we discuss the meaning, there’s a difference between an actual physical sensation in your body along with what you make that physical sensation mean. Everybody is very afraid having certain feelings and may do anything they can to avoid it. But here’s something to take into account; the actual physical sensation of terror and excitement are identical. They are about the same; one’s heart rate gets elevated, the blood pressure goes and up sometimes the palms could get a little sweaty. Another way to look at is the physical sensation driving your vehicle off a cliff to your fiery death is going be the same as the dropping feeling when you find yourself going down your favorite ride!
That means the physical sensations taking place in your body are never almost anything to actually be afraid of. What makes them scary is the meaning we make regarding it. When a person starts to have a panic attack it’s not the fact blood pressure has gone up a bit or the heart rate adjusted up a little bit, that’s not the problem. The problem is what they tell themselves what this means in their mind or what you think this could lead to.
So since we could only pay attention to a very little information at a time, an enormous amount of information open to us at our fingertips are ignored. However since information is more easily accessible than ever before it’s logical to believe that we will find information to guide whatever we want to believe.
